The Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) was founded in 2009. Recognising that obesity and health-related problems were secondary effects of unhealthy lifestyles, Michelle decided to develop an online platform to reach as many people as possible with her philosophies on nutrition, exercise and mindset.
Tens of thousands of members join each new round of which there are eight per year. Over the course of the 12 weeks, members receive weekly Meal Plans and Exercise Plans, twice-weekly mindset lessons and support through the Member Zone and expert support crew. To date, 12WBT members have lost over 1 million kilos!
