The Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) is a unique online exercise, nutrition and mindset program based on the lifetime of learning Michelle has gained in the health and fitness industry.
Recognising that obesity and health-related problems are secondary effects of unhealthy lifestyles, Michelle decided to develop an online platform to reach as many people as possible with her philosophies on nutrition, exercise and the all-important mindset.
As a member of 12WBT you will receive weekly meal plans, exercise plans and mindset videos from Michelle – the program is structured to inspire you to be the best version of yourself and to give you the practical tools to help achieve your goals for the long-term.
Tens of thousands of members join each new round of which there are eight over the year. To date 12WBT members have lost more than 1 million kilos!
