The Michelle Bridges Micro Sculpting Bands can be used anywhere – on the field, at home, in the gym or even when travelling. Micro bands provides a strong and direct focus on specific muscles, making them ideal for rehabilitation, warm-ups and muscular activation as well as strength and endurance training. They have the unique ability to target large major and small minor stabilising muscles at the same time, which effectively reduces the risk of injury and quickly improves muscular tone. They are particularly useful in strengthening the glutes, legs, hips and knees and often incorporated into rehab or sculpting programs for the lower body.
